Ritmico's brand, software architecture, user interface, and graphics are protected by copyright laws. However, all personal habit data, completion logs, and custom routines created by you remain your exclusive property.

Ritmico is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. While we maintain high server uptime and regular backups, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or absolute immunity from network failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ritmico and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your usage or inability to use the service.

You may terminate your account and wipe your habit logs at any moment via account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security or acceptable use policies.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Ritmico after updates signifies your agreement to the revised terms.
